The Wedding Singer - Tony's Comments :
This 80's retro flick sees Adam Sandler in the role of Robbie Hart, a small-time wedding singer who gets dumped at the altar by his fiancee. He soon meets up with Julia (Drew Barrymore) who is engaged to sleazeball Glenn (Matthew Glave). Sandler falls in love with Barrymore & has to convinve her that Glenn is the wrong guy for her. Excellent performances from Sandler & Barrymore with hilarious cameos by Steve Buscemi & 80's rock singer Billy Idol make this film a crowd pleasing classic. This is the movie that put Adam Sandler on the Hollywood A-list.
